Frequently asked questions
The questions we are asked most often, about what we find in a clearing, about curses, negative entities and sovereignty, and about what happens next. Before you book, when this is not the right route
Some experiences look spiritual and are medical. This section exists to make sure nobody reads my website and delays getting help they urgently need. I am a psychic surgeon writing something that tells people they probably need a doctor rather than me. That is deliberate.
Voices, lost time, feeling detached from your own body, sensing more than one presence in your mind. Every one of these has serious, recognised, treatable medical explanations. Dissociative disorders, psychosis, PTSD, severe depression, epilepsy, and the effects of trauma, sleep deprivation and certain medications all produce exactly these experiences.
Those explanations are far more common than mine. They are also the ones where delay does real damage.
Why this is here
Because my testimonials page contains people describing voices that stopped, and I know exactly how that reads to someone frightened at two in the morning.
What that page does not say, and what I want to say here plainly, is that those people had already been through the medical route. They had been assessed. Most were on treatment and stayed on it. What I did came afterwards, alongside, and in every case with their doctor’s work continuing.
That order is not a formality. It is the whole thing. Reverse it and someone with a treatable illness spends another eighteen months undiagnosed because a website gave them a more appealing explanation.
Where this work may have a place
After. Genuinely, only after.
The people I can usually help are the ones who have already done the full medical route: assessed properly, treated properly, still taking what they were prescribed, and who are left with something the treatment has not reached. Often it is a residue rather than the main event: a heaviness, a presence, a persistent sense of not being alone that survived everything else improving.
That is a real category, and I do not think it is well served by either side. Medicine tends to have nothing further to offer once the treatment is optimised. This field tends to offer far too much, too early, to people who should be somewhere else.
What I will and will not do
- I will never tell you to stop taking medication. Not ever, under any circumstances, whatever I find in a session.
- I will never tell you a diagnosis is wrong. I am not qualified to have an opinion on that.
- I will refuse a booking and tell you to see a doctor first, if what you describe belongs with a doctor. This happens regularly.
- I will not present this as a cure for anything. It is complementary work, and it sits alongside your treatment or it does not happen at all.
If you are asking on behalf of someone else
This is how most of these enquiries reach me: a mother, a husband, a sister, watching someone change and not knowing what to do.
The most useful thing you can do is help them get seen, and keep helping them stay in contact with the people treating them. That is unglamorous and it is slow and it is worth more than anything I can offer. If, after all of that, something remains, then write to me and we will talk about it honestly.

Getting started
Before you book
How will you contact me?
There is no requirement for Andy to contact you during the appointment, because all of the work is carried out remotely on your etheric body. We work entirely by email, which is what allows us to look after a high volume of clients properly. Changes made during the session can take up to five days to integrate fully into your physical system.
Do you offer phone, Zoom or in person appointments?
No. Because of the number of enquiries we receive, we do not offer phone, Zoom, Skype or in person consultations. Everything is handled by email, which lets us support far more people. The one exception is a Chen Chat session, which takes place over Zoom.
Why are your appointments priced lower than others?
Our aim has always been to help as many people as we can. Many of our clients are already dealing with very difficult circumstances and have limited money. Keeping the price accessible means we can support the people who need it most. Chen is also very clear with us that this is how the work must always be done, with authenticity and integrity at the centre of it.
How do you locate the person for the appointment?
Every person has their own energetic signature. Once your enquiry reaches us, Chen and his team identify and connect with your energy directly. You do not need to send photographs or personal items.
Can I book an appointment for someone else?
Yes. Permission is checked at a higher level, with that person's higher self, before any work is carried out. That keeps the process aligned and appropriate even when someone is not in a position to ask for help themselves.
Are there any risks involved?
No. The work follows a structured and ethical approach, and the whole focus is on restoring balance and stability within your system.
Do you provide psychic readings?
No. Andy is a psychic medium, but this work is about energetic clearing and restoration rather than traditional readings.
Will I become dependent on your services?
No. The aim is the opposite: to restore your independence and stability. We work to strong ethical principles and we do not create dependency. We also run courses that teach our own methods of spiritual protection and intervention, so you can do much of this for yourself.
What is your policy on communication and respect?
We ask that all communication is respectful and considerate. We are here to help and support you, and we approach every client with empathy, care and a genuine intention to assist. We expect the same in return.
Rudeness, sarcasm or threatening behaviour will not be accepted. If we receive communication of that kind, your payment will be refunded and we will not continue with the appointment or offer any further contact or services. This is how we keep a positive and focused environment for the clients who are seeking genuine support.
On the day
During your appointment
What do I need to do during my appointment?
Nothing in particular. You can relax if you would like to, but you can equally carry on with your normal day. The work is carried out on your etheric body and does not need you to take part. Because of time zones, most of our clients are asleep while it happens and wake up to a report in their inbox.
When do appointments take place?
Appointments run throughout the day. Reports are sent out in batches, so yours may arrive a few hours after your scheduled time.
Will I feel any pain?
No. The work happens at the etheric level rather than on the physical body, so it is not invasive. Most clients are completely unaware of it while it is taking place, and afterwards they often describe feeling calm, relaxed and more settled.
What is included in a psychic surgery appointment?
A full energetic assessment and clearing of your personal field, your environment and your connections. That means checking and restoring your grounding, finding and removing negative energies, attachments and unwanted influences, and strengthening your natural protection. Any disruptive connections, including cords and directed negative intent, are cleared, and your system is stabilised so your energy returns to a balanced, clear and settled state.
Do you check for curses or negative intent?
Yes. We assess for any directed negative influence, and where it is present we block it, clear it and neutralise its effect on your system.
What happens if someone is sending curses, negative energy or intent?
We do not retaliate. We protect your energy field, block and reflect what is coming in, and where it is necessary we return that energy to its source. In most cases this stops any further interference quickly.
Can this help with hearing voices?
It can help where hearing voices is connected to an external energetic influence. By identifying and clearing attachments or disruptive energies affecting the person, many clients notice the intensity drop and, in some cases, the voices stop altogether. Results do vary from person to person, and no particular outcome can be guaranteed.
Where do removed entities or spirits go?
Every removal is handled respectfully. Entities are taken by Chen and his team to a safe place outside this dimension, and they do not come back. Earthbound spirits are guided on to their appropriate spiritual plane.
What happens next
After your appointment
Will I receive a report?
Yes. You will receive an email summary setting out what was found and what work was carried out.
When will I receive my report?
Usually within a few hours of your appointment, or within 24 hours when we are busy. If it has not appeared in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
When will I notice results?
Changes often begin within a few days, and full integration usually happens over the following week as the physical body catches up with the etheric changes. Most people notice a shift fairly quickly, though everyone experiences it a little differently.
The things clients tell us most often are a sense of calm and mental quietness, feeling lighter as though a pressure has lifted, clearer thinking and better focus, less anxiety or emotional heaviness, and feeling more like themselves again.
Will I feel tired after the appointment?
Some clients do feel tired for a short while as the energy field rebalances. It usually settles within a few days.
Can I discuss my report over the phone?
We do not offer follow up calls. If anything in your report needs clarifying, email us and we will explain it.
Why does Chen not explain everything he finds during my session?
This is one of the questions we are asked most often. Chen's priority is your healing, not investigating the history behind every energetic issue. He gives the information that is relevant to your recovery and leaves out detail that would lengthen appointments, raise costs, or in some cases get in the way of the healing itself. His focus is always on clearing what needs to be cleared, restoring balance, and helping you move forward with clarity, peace and sovereignty.

What is checked and cleared
Every appointment covers the same ground, whatever prompted it.
- A comprehensive energetic clearing is carried out on the client.
- Grounding is checked and, where it is needed, restored, so the system is stable and properly connected to the Earth.
- Chen identifies any negative or unhelpful connections in the energy field. These are carefully detached and removed, including influences carried forward from past experiences or patterns.
- Your natural protection is strengthened, with energetic safeguarding applied to your living spaces, including the home and the vehicle.
- Any negative energies or entities connected to your etheric field are identified and removed.
- We assess for directed negative intent, including curses and similar influences. Where they are present they are stopped, cleared, and prevented from affecting you any further.
- Where you are experiencing something like hearing voices, any external energetic influence behind it is addressed. Many clients report a noticeable reduction, and sometimes it stops completely, though outcomes vary and cannot be guaranteed.
- If you have a specific condition or concern, it can be included in the session. In many cases the work continues while you sleep, as Chen and his team make deeper adjustments over several days.

We understand how difficult and how isolating it can feel to be dealing with something spiritual or energetic, particularly when there is nobody around you who takes it seriously. This work is carried out with care, with respect, and with a genuine intention to help you get back to a place of balance, clarity and stability.
