Ask before you book

If you are not sure whether any of this applies to you, write to us first. It costs nothing, we will tell you honestly, and a fair number of the replies we send say “this isn’t me, try this instead”.

Newsletter

Andy & Jayne’s newsletter

New meditations, upcoming free events, and whatever Chen has been asked lately. You will also be the first to hear about our promotions and sales, with exclusive discounts and coupon codes just for subscribers. Never a hard sell.

We will never share your email, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Send a message

Everything here comes to Andy and Jayne directly. No assistant, no autoresponder.

Please double-check this. A mistyped address is the most common reason someone doesn’t hear back.
As much or as little as you like. “I just feel wrong and I can’t explain it” is a perfectly good message and I get several a week.

By sending this you agree to us storing your message in order to reply to it. Nothing else is done with it. See the privacy policy.

Replies

Jayne picks up the emails daily. Replies usually come within a day, sometimes the same hour, occasionally two days if we are teaching. If a week goes past with nothing, assume the email went astray and send it again. It will not have been ignored.

Where we work

Remotely, worldwide, across every time zone. There is no clinic to visit and no travel involved for you.

Before you write

The questions we get asked most

Will you tell me honestly if this isn’t for me?

Yes, and we do it regularly. A good share of our replies point people at their GP, at the free protection techniques, or at somebody else entirely. We would rather do that than take a booking we do not believe in.

Can I book an appointment for someone else?

Yes. We regularly carry out remote appointments for other people, because very often the person who needs help is unable to ask for it themselves. They may be in hospital, in a coma, too unwell, or unable to use a phone or computer.

Before any work begins, Chen asks the person’s higher self for permission for the appointment to go ahead. Only when that permission is given does the session proceed. This way of working was developed by Dr Terence Palmer, Andy and Chen specifically for remote appointments, so that someone can still be helped when they are not able to give their permission in person. It is the same method taught at the Spirit Release Academy.

Write and tell us a little about the person and their situation, and we will take it from there.

Is anything I write to you confidential?

Yes. Nothing you send is shared, published or used as a testimonial without you offering it and us asking. Everything on the testimonials page is anonymous or initialled for exactly this reason.

Do you take phone calls or messages?

We only take enquiries by email, and we hope you understand why. We receive a lot of enquiries, and each one takes time to read and answer properly. As a very small team, having one single way in means nothing gets missed.

We do not use WhatsApp or other messaging apps, as they are too difficult to manage alongside everything else. Email lets us see every message in one place and reply to people fairly, in the order they wrote to us.
