About the guide
Are the voices really yours?
Mainstream psychiatry usually describes hearing voices as auditory hallucinations, a symptom of psychosis or schizophrenia, or the result of a chemical imbalance in the brain. As Andy says in the guide, in many cases that view is valid and important. Then he adds:
“But in my experience, there’s another layer: not all thoughts and voices belong to you.”
The guide explains what Andy means by that, the kinds of spiritual interference he and his spirit guide Chen come across in their work, and how a remote clearing is carried out. It’s written to help you explore another possible layer to what you’re going through, gently, and alongside the support you already have.
Where this perspective comes from
For more than ten years Andy worked alongside the late Dr Terence Palmer PhD, a leading researcher into spirit possession and hearing voices. Together they worked on thousands of remote spirit release cases with clients all over the world, including people living with a diagnosis of schizophrenia or psychosis, and people who hear voices.

This guide shares a spiritual perspective. It isn’t medical advice, and spirit release is not a replacement for medical care.
Andy doesn’t diagnose medical or psychiatric conditions, prescribe medication, or advise anyone to stop their medication or treatment. If you’re under the care of a doctor, psychiatrist or mental health team, please keep working with them and keep taking any medication you’ve been prescribed. Spirit release can sit alongside that support, but it never replaces it.
If you’re in crisis, or you feel you can’t keep yourself or someone else safe, please get help straight away. In the UK, call 999 or go to A&E. For urgent mental health help, call NHS 111 or your GP. You can also talk to Samaritans for free, day or night, on 116 123. Outside the UK, please contact your local emergency services.
Is this guide for you?
It may resonate if:
- You’ve tried everything and still feel something is off
- You sense there may be a spiritual or energetic side to what you’re going through
- You’re open to the idea that not every thought or voice is your own
- You feel drawn to spiritual clearing work, alongside your medical care
A little taste of what’s inside
Grounding helps to steady your energy. Here are three simple techniques from the guide that you can try right now:
- Barefoot grounding. Stand or walk on grass, soil or sand for a few minutes.
- Belly breathing. Breathe in slowly for four seconds, then out for six, and repeat a few times.
- Describe what you see. Pick one ordinary object near you and describe it out loud: its colour, its shape, how it feels.
The guide has plenty more, covering protection, sleep, emotional resets and what to do in the moments when thoughts or voices feel louder. Get your free copy →
