There is no requirement for Andy to contact you during the appointment, as all work is carried out remotely on your etheric body. We operate exclusively via email, which allows us to manage a high volume of clients efficiently. Changes made during the session may take up to 5 days to fully integrate into your physical system.

We ask that all communication is respectful and considerate. We are here to help and support you, and we approach every client with empathy, care, and a genuine intention to assist.

In return, we expect the same level of respect. Any form of rudeness, sarcasm, or threatening behaviour will not be accepted.

If this type of communication is received, your payment will be refunded and we will not continue with the appointment or offer any further contact or services.

No. Due to the high volume of enquiries, we do not offer phone, Zoom, Skype, or in-person consultations. All communication is handled exclusively via email, allowing us to support more clients efficiently. The only exception is “Chen Chat” sessions, which are conducted via Zoom.

Our aim has always been to help as many people as possible. Many of our clients are already dealing with challenging circumstances and may have limited financial resources. By keeping our pricing accessible, we are able to support those who need help the most. Chen also makes it very clear to us that this must always be the way we work, with authenticity and integrity at the core of everything we do.

Each individual has a unique energetic signature. Once we receive your enquiry, Andy’s guide Chen and his team are able to identify and connect with your energy directly. There is no need to provide photos or personal items.

Yes. Permission is checked at a higher level from the clients "higher self" before any work is carried out. This ensures that the process is aligned and appropriate, even if the individual cannot request help themselves.

All removals are handled respectfully. Entities are taken by Chen and his team to a safe place outside of this dimension, and they do not return. Earthbound spirits are guided back to their appropriate spiritual plane.
