Introducing … our new ”WORKSHOPS WITH CHEN!”
We are excited to tell you that every 8 weeks we are going to be running a Workshop with Chen!
And our first one is going to be run on Zoom on Sunday 23rd November at 6pm London UK time.
With Andy in trance, Chen is going to address ”Clearing Fear and Anxiety”, going into depth about what fear really is, how it is generated and how it causes anxiety.
He will run a deep meditation to help ease symptoms, identifying where anxiety sits in the body, grounding and sealing.
You will then be invited to ask Chen your questions on this subject whilst still in trance, and with Jayne leading this part with him.
Andy will come back out of trance and you can then ask him questions before we close off the workshop with a high vibe cheerio!

Here’s what to expect:

🕯 Clearing Fear and Anxiety, Chen will explore what fear truly is, how it’s created, and how it manifests as anxiety.

🌬 Guided Meditation: A deep, healing journey to ease symptoms, locate anxiety in the body, and gently ground and seal your energy.

💫 Interactive Q&A with Chen: While Andy is in trance, you’ll have the opportunity to ask Chen your personal questions on this topic led by Jayne.

🙌 Discussion with Andy: After the trance session, Andy will return for open conversation and reflections before we close with a high-vibe farewell!
Catch-up – If you can’t be there for the live session, you’ll still be able to enjoy the experience, we’ll share a recording afterwards so you can watch in your own time.
