Anxiety and Panic Attacks
For years, I lived with constant anxiety. It felt like my nervous system was permanently switched on. I would wake in the night with panic, and during the day I felt on edge for no obvious reason.
After my clearing session, the change was gradual but undeniable. The constant background noise in my mind quietened. The panic episodes reduced dramatically, and I finally felt like my body could rest.
What surprised me most was the sense of stability. I feel more grounded, less reactive, and much more in control of my thoughts. It honestly feels like something heavy has been lifted.
